At Hierarchy Support Services, we know that delivering the best possible care starts with having the right team in place. That’s why, throughout 2024, we continued to grow and strengthen our team, ensuring we have the best people to support our service users.

We took an active approach to recruitment, getting involved in community-based hiring events to connect with passionate and skilled support workers. Some of the key highlights included:

✔️ Attending the Access 2 Employment Job Fair, where we met fantastic candidates eager to make a difference.
✔️ Hosting in-house recruitment open days, giving people the opportunity to learn more about what we do and how they could be part of it.
✔️ Engaging with local communities, spreading awareness about the rewarding careers available in the care sector.

Our commitment to building a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled team remains at the heart of what we do. As we move into 2025, we’re always on the lookout for experienced support workers who are ready to make a real impact in people’s lives.
