Our management team undertake regular training, as well as accreditations to provide skilled training to our staff.

We understand that, though our staff may be fully trained to support you or your loved one, it may not always be the best personality fit. We offer a specialised matching service that pairs clients with support workers who are best suited to their needs, and personalities. This careful matching service fosters strong, positive relationships and ensures that clients receive support that is both empathetic and effective.
24 Hour Support and On-Call Service
We understand that support is needed round the clock. That’s why we offer 24-hour care by operating day shifts, waking night shifts, sleepover shifts and short-notice respite services. We also operate a 24 hour on-call service, meaning that our staff have the support of the management team at all times.
Activity and Social Club
Our lively activity and social club provides a welcoming environment where clients can engage in a variety of activities, build friendships, and enhance their social skills. From creative arts, to recreational outings, as well as skill-building on all aspects of independent living, our club is designed to promote a sense of community and well-being.
