Our Operations Manager, Stevi, recently attended a Disability Confident employer event at West Lothian College, hosted by the Department for Work and Pensions. It was an inspiring session, full of conversations about the benefits of creating truly inclusive workplaces and the amazing skills and experiences disabled people bring to organisations.
It was also fantastic to connect with other local employers, share our learnings, and explore how we can work together to make our workplaces more inclusive for everyone.
At Hierarchy, this really resonates with us. We’re already proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer ✅ and this event reminded us why it matters so much. Being part of the scheme isn’t just a box to tick. It’s about making sure our staff feel supported, respected, and able to thrive.
